AI is always a draft
Every tag, classification, draft paragraph or note Claude produces lands as a suggestion the lawyer confirms or rejects. The AI can never set the gate axes — net_effect, sensitivity, tier and privilege are human-only.
Privileged material never reaches a prompt
Sensitive or privileged items are reported metadata-only — their OCR text, images and previews are never OCR'd for AI, never embedded, and never placed in any AI prompt. The gating guard holds across every tool.
